We have a contract and fee list that outline all our management fees and charges for our owners.  These vary by location of the property and range from 8.5% to 10% monthly.  Please contact us directly for more information.

We understand that someone may have some credit issues at one time or another, and we are willing to discuss that with the individual. We look at each individual case by case.  A past foreclosure does not necessarily keep you from renting a home.  Provide us with any questions on our "Contact Us" form to the right.

Most of the homes we offer for rent are Section 8 available.  We usually allow more time for this process.  If you only have a week or so to move, chances are we won't be able to help you.  This process usually takes longer, and we need to allow time for all the inspections and finalizing the paperwork. 

You can view the front photo on our website.  For additional photos you can go to Craigslist and search the address.  There you will see  photos of the interior.  We are also listed on many other websites, including Rent Digs, Backpage, Postlets, Oodle, Sublet etc....

Simply print one of our applications from our website, fill it out, and email or fax it to us.  There is a $35 non-refundable fee. Your application will be good for any of the properties.  No more wasting money for all the other rentals.

Our reputation as an outstanding property management company has grown in the past two years.  We specialize in single famly homes. We take care of the homes  like they were our own.  You will always be able to speak with either Pat or Sherry about any concerns with your properties.

We require a $35 non-refundable application fee.There is a security deposit equal to the monthly rental fee. You will need the first month's rent when you sign the lease.

 Once you have paid the security deposit and met the credit, background, and employment requirements, the rental process is almost complete.
