What We Do:
Tenants
Tenant Placement: PS2 Management provides ad placement and marketing to find the right tenants for your property. We schedule appointments to show properties, provide rental applications, screen prospective tenants, select and place tenants in your properties.
Rent Collection: PS2 Management collects rent in a timely manner and processes payments for the property owners (with direct deposit available).
Lease Renewal: PS2 Managment maintains a smooth process for renewing leases or preparing for new tenants upon move-out prior to lease end.
Property Maintenance
Oversee and Uphold Your Investment: PS2 Management handles tenants and/or property issues daily. Major expenditures are submitted to property owners for prior approval.

Accounting and Administration
Monthly Statements: PS2 Management provides monthly statements which include allocation of funds such as; security deposits, finder's fees, maintenance deposits and record of tenant's financial activities, etc.
Progress Reports and Updates (separate contract): PS2 Management monitors contractors for your "peace of mind". This includes updated photos weekly, reporting any possible contractor or property issues, progress of construction, quality of workmanship and adherence to contractor's bid. Upon completion of rehab, we will issue a final report.
